Dear Altar Servers and Parents,

 

1.   Attached is the Altar Server Schedule for March 6 to April 25, 2010.  This includes the Holy WeekMasses. Please print the schedule for your ready reference.

 

2.  Please note that I have assigned four (4) altar servers at each Mass.  Again, I would like to remind you that if you are at a Mass where there are less than four servers, you are expected to volunteer as a substitute.  Just go to the choir room and vest.

 

3.   Also, make sure that you use the sign-in sheet when you serve.

 

4.   I have previously sent you the Roster of Altar Servers with telephone numbers and email addresses.  Please use this roster to arrange for a substitute if you cannot come for your assigned Mass. Please avoid just not showing up if you cannot meet your assigned schedule.

 

5.   This schedule  will be posted on the St. Columba Altar Servers website. Go to the St, Columba Church website  www.rc.net/washington/stcolumba
