Dear Altar Servers,
I would like to remind you that because of your expressed commitment to this ministry, you are supposed to be present at the Masses that you are assigned to serve at. The current schedule, which covers the weekend up to February 28, 2010, has been sent to you by mail and email.
If you cannot make it to your assigned Mass, it is your responsibility to get a substitute. You have been given the phone numbers and email addresses of all altar servers to use.
If you cannot get a substitute after trying, please let me know by email or phone call.
Those who are present at Masses where there are less than 4 servers are requested to just go to the choir room and vest to serve as substitutes.
Please remind your parents of your schedule.
