Dear Altar Servers and Parents,
Attached is the Altar Servers' Schedule for Holy Thursday, Good Friday, the Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday . ( I will release the Schedule for the weeks following Easter as soon as possible.)
Please let me know immediately if you cannot make it to your assigned Mass so I can assign someone else. The liturgies for these days are special so I need the assigned servers to be at Church for the rehearsal and instructions on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. They should already be vested at 7:30 before their assigned Masses.

Dear Altar Servers and Parents, 1. Attached is the Altar Server Schedule for June 19 to August 29, 2010. 2. Please note that I have assigned four (4) altar servers at each Mass. Again, I would like to remind you that if you are at a Mass where there are less than four servers, you are expected to volunteer as a substitute. Just go to the choir room and vest. 3.. I have previously sent you the Roster of Altar Servers with telephone numbers and email addresses. Please use this roster to arrange for a substitute if you cannot come for your assigned Mass. Please avoid just not showing up if you cannot meet your assigned schedule. If you need a copy of this roster please send me an email request. Thank you for serving the Lord through this ministry. Our Lord will not be outdone in generosity. Dear Altar Servers,
I would like to remind you that because of your expressed commitment to this ministry, you are supposed to be present at the Masses that you are assigned to serve at. The current schedule, which covers the weekend up to February 28, 2010, has been sent to you by mail and email.
If you cannot make it to your assigned Mass, it is your responsibility to get a substitute. You have been given the phone numbers and email addresses of all altar servers to use.
If you cannot get a substitute after trying, please let me know by email or phone call.
Those who are present at Masses where there are less than 4 servers are requested to just go to the choir room and vest to serve as substitutes.
Please remind your parents of your schedule.
