A comfortable 3 bedroom, 1_1/2 bathroom house just over the road from the beach, tucked in behind the dunes with views of the famous Margaret River surf break.  

Within two minutes you can be beach combing along the sandy shoreline, swimming in the crystal blue waters or just relaxing on the sand. A fabulous location for a family holiday.
The house is located in the beachside suburb of Prevelly which is ten minutes from main town of Margaret River. The Prevelly Corner Store which serves as a newsagency,delicatessan and liquor store is a short walking distance.

Right next door to this is the Sea Gardens Cafe boasting panoramic views of the coast and providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and its renowned takeaway pizza.  A short drive will have you at the Gnarabar Bar and Grill which is also an excellent place for either a drink or a meal.  The White Elephant Cafe, right on the beach at the Gnarabup end is open during the day for light meals, juices and coffee.
