Pool Pavilion Reservations

The pool pavilion has undergone a number of improvements in conjunctions with the Clubhouse.  However, most of these upgrades you might not notice.  The following are the list of changes made to the pavilion along with the clubhouse construction:
 
  • New roof
  • Fresh paint inside and out.
  • New commodes in both bathrooms
  • Rebuilt walls around the showers that now have cement backer boards and wood reinforcements
  • Ventalation systems added to both the men's and women's bathroom as well as the pump room
  • New heating system to keep pipes from freezing in the winter
  • Insulation of all walls in the bathroom to reduce pipe freezing in the winter
  • New large storage room built above the women's bathroom to store community decorations, etc.
So, while things may look the same, a large number of solid infrastructure changes were made to extend the life and usefulness of the pavilion.

Pavilion reservations are $40 for a four hour block of time and are non-refundable.
A deposit check for $125 must be made out to HOA Management at time of rental.
