    Resources on this site are organized by learning goals rather than the tools themselves. As educators, we often take an opposite approach to this. We learn an exciting new tool and try to think of ways we can fit it into our teaching. By focusing on the goals and learning outcomes we have for our students, then connecting appropriate tools, will empower us to better help them meet those goals and outcomes. About this Site

Hi! I'm Sara Best, creator of this educational site.  I am a teacher of over 10 years and am working towards my Masters in Educational Technology through Michigan State University.  My goal as an educator is to provide meaningful 21st century learning experiences for my students that empower them to be knowledgeable contributing members of the world we live in. One big question that I am exploring as an educator is: What does it mean to be a learner in the 21st century?
