Anyone interested in coaching/volunteering in CYO sanctioned sports at Saints Peter and Paul is required by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to do the following:

| 1. |
Submit a State Police Background Check no older than 5 years. *Required even if you volunteer at school.

| 2. |
Act 24 required clearance. *Required even if you volunteer at school.
|
| 3. |
Submit a Department of Welfare Child Abuse History Clearance no older than 5 years. *Required even if you volunteer at school.
|
| 4. |
Submit a signed “Standards of Ministerial Behavior and Boundaries” completion form to the school secretary at the school office after attending a Safe Environment Workshop.
Log on to Virtus Online and click on the Registration link. Sign up and attend one of the listed workshops. Turn in the yellow and white copies of the form to the School office and keep the pink copy for yourself. |

Sign up and attend a Coaches Orientation Session and turn in a copy of the completion certificate to the Rectory office.

Complete Mandated Reporter Training: Knowing Your Role in the Protection of Our Children. *Required even if you volunteer at school.

Information and Communication Technology Addendum. *Required even if you volunteer at school.
