May 8, 2008 Group roles were assigned. Came up with name of company. Brainstorming designs/listing pros and cons for the robot. May 9, 2008 Drew drew design sketches and started building the robot. All three started on the website later in the day. Justin started market research. Stephen made the Gantt chart. May 12, 2008 A robot design was chosen. Drew and Justin started building the robot. Stephen started the introduction and mission for the proposal. Drew made the PERT chart. May 13, 2008 Drew and Justin completed the robot building. Justin wrote metrics in the proposal. Drew added the mission and robot page to the website. Stephen added possible designs to proposal. May 14, 2008 All three tweaked the design of the robot to improve turning. Justin and Stephen finished the proposal. Drew finished up the drawings for the robot and came up with a robot name. Stephen finished everything else on the website except for pictures. Justin continues market research. May 15, 2008 Stephen took pictures and added them to the website. Justin finished the mount for the camera on the robot. Drew started writing the program. Justin added a "Contact Info" page on the website. May 16, 2008 Presentation for our robot. May 19, 2008 Decided on tank treads for robot. Drew added camera rotation to the program. Justin and Stephen finished the program. May 20, 2008 Drew and Stephen ran the mission. Need to change skids with wheels to get up stairs.
