News: (Updated Sunday, 22 Nov 2009) Prepare to fill out your "Radio License Application" form:1. Flight 1549 "Miracle on the Hudson" - NTSB video released 2. The recent CP competition results were posted at http://www.highschoolcdc.com/ 3. Also, remember to keep up with more radio info at http://sites.google.com/site/radio101club/ (Updated Thursday, 17 Sept 2009) 1. At the next squadron meeting I will bring a dozen blank forms (for practice), my printer and my scanner. However, in preparation, it would be helpful for you to.... 2. go to http://www.cawg.cap.gov/html/Pubs/forms.htm 3. Click on and review "CAWGF 100" the "CAP Radio Station License Application". 4. Since this CAWg100e can be filled in from any online computer, we will complete it altogether, as a group and step by step, at the meeting. After everyone (who has an ACUT) has filled in their form (page 1), it will be checked for accuracy. Your completed form will then be ready for our squadron commander's signature. To expedite the licensing process we plan to print and then scan the finished documents at the meeting. Your "form 100" will be sent in an "Adobe Reader" format to the wing licensing officer. If anything goes wrong, you will have your signed hard copy as proof. Return to Sq119 Main Site |
