If you are not familiar with the Catholic Mass, please know that you do not need to worry about what to do or when to stand, sit, and kneel if you simply follow the postures of people next to you in the pews. For communion, you are welcome to come forward with the everyone else and to place your arm across your chest as a sign to receive a blessing instead of the consecrated bread or wine.
