The following is my opinion only and you(the reader) maintain sole responsibilty for your own actions, life,  and consequences.  Any resemblance to ideas external are the result of coincidence and/or copious research on the subject matter.  It is the goal of this ongoing project to improve the prosperity of the human condition.  By virtue of progress and technology, there are enough resources in the world.  There exists poverty, crime, pollution, etc.  not merely because of greed or stupidity, but a lack of clarity to unify our sense of self-preservation.

 Using extra money:

• $100... Give yourself a massage.
• $1,000... Anonymously provide a donation for improvements with a small percentage earmarked toward raising awareness of the park to the community. 
• $10,000... Donate to a specific grade level at a random elementary or middle school for books and teaching supplies in science, music, nutritional health, and the arts. 
• $50,000... Provide funding to increase the structural integrity and quantity of books in a random urban or rural library.  Encourage the trade of volunteer hours for books.
  
• $100,000... Establish pairs of college scholarships for poverty level families at the beginning of high school to go into teaching, health care, or a technology based trade.
  
• $500,000... Purchase the most dilapidated building  in a given area and transform it into a  self sustaining library, plant sanctuary, and/or music center. 
• $888,888... Hire Matt Furey to a six year contract to initiate exercise programs in senior citizen centers in the United States to as many people as possible. 
• $1,000,000...  Hire a Cost Analyst team for one year to fully itemize the current and upcoming Federal budget clearly and definitively on a web site using the Freedom of Information Act. Using this  site and this one as starting points and taking the accountability to the individual departments using a $50,000 increments.  This team would be comprised of three webmasters(who must be able to graphic design and code), three cost analysts(who must also have a teaching background), two testers(who must have families and a high school diploma only), an attorney(with a family background and FOIA experience), and a logistics manager to handle the team and prioritize(must have server scalability experience and cooking expertise). 
• $5,000,000...  Donate to the Midwest affiliates of PBS.
• $10,000,000... Create a travel scholarship program to send anyone who has not been more than a 100 miles from their place of birth to visit a foreign culture, climate, and geography.  Funding would allow for three to five trips per person, with a rough maximum total stipend of $10,000 over the course of ten years. Each traveler takes full responsibility for himself and his actions, to learn some of the language prior to the trip, and to courtesy as a guest of the locale. All participants would be required to take cultural classes and/or tours for 50% of the days traveled.
• $25,000,000... Finance loans for two year vocational training programs that directly translate into specific careers.  Loans will be for seven years and the balance is forgivable  when the person has worked for five years.
  
• $50,000,000... Initate either the Edible Schoolyard or the Natural Ovens Bakery food program in every single public elementary, junior high, and high school in the United States. This will improve the learning process, behavior, and oulook for the coming generation.
• $100,000,000...  Invest and further the proliferation of the Air Car as an eventual replacement to the gasoline  automobile.
  
• $500,000,000... Create enzyme based water purification sites near polluted and densely populated regions of the globe;  in arid and remote sites around the world create oasises powered by solar energy. This specifically involves treating primary sources from runoff and salvaging corrupted water tables. The mass proliferation of potable water availability and structured plumbing facilities is a cornerstone to achieving global peace. 
•  $1,000,000,000... Fund the manufacturing  and global scale usage of durable and efficient solar energy harvesting as the  primary source of power for power.
  
• $10,000,000,000...  Fund large scale facilities around the world to break down nuclear, biohazardous, and toxic chemcial wastes into their  base inert elemental states. 

To certain countries, companies, and groups:

• China... Focus direct efforts on preserving national water and soil quality through cleaner manufacturing, conservation efforts, and reclaimation projects. The money is available to ensure the safety of present and future generations. 
• Congress(USA)... Establish that schooling be mandatory up to 20 years of age. For the latter two years, classes must consist of constitutional law, political history, and environmental science.  Or a pass a Social Equivalency Degree (SED).
• Lego... Extensively create and partner with grade schools worldwide to develop spacial thinking and creativity.  Lego programs should be as prevalent as Apple computers in the classrooms during the 1980's.  
  
• Mexico Board of Tourism.... Get bilingual(Spanish/Chinese) students as interns from the University of California system to devise programs to promote tourism from China. 
• Mattel... Adopt the practices of Chung Kook Hyun(Samsung) as soon as possible in order to become a viable company.
  
• Monsanto...Phase out the manufacture of chemical pesticides. Funnel research into ecological beneficial alternatives to increase crop yields and deter predatory insects and pathogens.
• Pfizer... Phase out the manufacture of Viagra (sildenafil citrate).  Promote exercise programs to increase the cardiovascular capacity of the  entire body and nutritional recommendations to compensate for dietary deficiencies.
• Thailand... Agressively fund literacy programs and renewable agricultural based enterprises. Utilize seized assets from criminal activities and direct them to community programs.  
• United Nations... Obtain the global outlaw on the manufacture of landmines.

For specific people:

•  George W. Bush.... Ask William Clinton to finish your term in office. Then resign. You lack the integrity, compassion, and intelligence to do the job.
  
• Dick Cheney...  Resign. Then cooperate with all congressional investigations regarding your terms in office.
• William(Bill) Clinton...   Restore the integrity of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, stablize the Afganistan/Iraq conflicts, offset the federal budget deficit, initiate work rebuilding programs in Louisiana, create a national mandate to  replace  gasoline with a clean, efficient, and renewable fuel.
• William(Bill) Gates... Retire from the corporate world entirely and devote  your full time, energy, and resources to your foundation and family.  UPDATE 6/15/06. You made the right decision. Thank you.
• Ben Goldhirsh... Take care of your health as a high priority so that you can propagate your good intentions and manage your decisions wisely. 
• Branford Marsalis...Education needs to be the highest priority in fighting poverty. /Being poor means you have to struggle for food, shelter, and the means to survive another day, every day. It is not knowing how to get out of the cycle of living paycheck to paycheck, let alone believing there is a way out. Poverty is when you feel like tomorrow is not going to be a good day. /A real education is more than attending classes or going to school. It involves learning those important lessons that we missed at home. Ultimately, it provides us with the foundation to make smart life choices that help us in the long run. We will know the right foods to eat and how to take care of our bodies.  Most of all, we will know how to search for and do work that gives a savings after all the bills are paid.

In order to be happy you can either embrace your fluid nature or let it go to create a mundane life.  Many of your roles are drawn to you because the characters undergo needed discovery, much like you.  At present you are too rich and too famous not be wary of people wanting something, in order to establish trust.

• Oprah Winfrey... Please build more schools and nurture the future well. Cherish this:  "One hundred years from now it will not matter what kind of house you lived in, how much money you had, nor what your clothes were like, but the world may be a little better because you were important in the life of a child."

When you can utilize an hour of your time:

• meditate, pray, or sit quietly. This calms the mind and strengthens the immune system.  Reference this after you've done it at least 5 times.
  
• stretch your muscles carefully and deliberately to maintain a strong limber body.
•  read to a child.  
• take a walk and breathe deeply from your diaphram.
• learn to use a computer well enough that you can fix it when it is slow or breaks down.  Reference this after you have used a computer at least a month.
  
• learn to cook simple foods for yourself instead of eating fast food. Read this carefully.
  
•  read to an adult.
• learn how your car works well enough so you can handle poor road conditions and be able to fix it when things break down. Reference this after you have been driving at least a year.
• ask someone how they feel and listen to every detail and nuance.
•  

Lifestyle changes for you to do: 

• Let go of the anger you have been carrying and build something better with your life. Find something that makes you happy and do it.
• Take apart the gun you use to kill people.  Put the trigger in an envelope  and mail it to Pele,  Kilauea HI, USA. 
• Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.  
• Go back and finish school.
•  Switch from soda or diet soda to water.  Change the soda from a regular beverage to a treat.  
• Learn to communicate your thoughts, intentions, and feelings clearly in person and in writing.
•  Enjoy what you already possess and learn what is your personal definition of "enough" to fulfill your needs. 
• Drink a glass of water immediately after you wake up, before each meal, and  before bed.
