The season begins October 27th, with practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00pm at Manito Park. Then, moving to Riverfront Park on November 3rd, due to daylight savings time. We are also offering, for the first time, a valley location for practices. Also on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30pm @ Plantes Ferry Park.
Meets are:
September 27th, Finch Arboretum 5K
October 4th, Bear Lake 5K
October 18th, 7-Mile 5K
Format the same for 3 race above:
10:00am Women
10:45am Men
11:15am approximately (immediately following men's race) Kids Race 1.5 mile or less.
October 24th, Mead High School. Spokane Youth Sports All-City Championships.
7th & 8th Grade race 1:00pm 1.5 miles
5th & 6th Grade race 2:00pm 1 mile
3rd & 4th Grade race 2:45pm .5 mile
1st & 2nd Grade race 3:30pm .5 mile
November 14th, USATF Inland Northwest Association Junior Olympic, Open and Masters XC Championships. Plantes Ferry Park, Spokane Valley, WA.

November 21st, USATF Region 13 Junior Olympic, Open and Masters XC Championships.
Plantes Ferry Park, Spokane Valley, WA. Must qualify and register at November 14th race to attend. Possible waivers available if you can not attend November 14th race. Contact Kim for details.
December 12th, USATF National Junior Olympic XC Championships - Reno, NV.
