NOVEMBER 2009 NEWSLETTER

                                                 November is SENIOR Wellness Month!

Senior Cats are Seven Years Old!!

Is your cat healthy?

By sharing life and love with you, your pet has given you a precious gift. Now that your pet is considered a senior citizen (age 7+), you have the opportunity to give something in return.

Our cats, as well as other pets, are increasingly vulnerable to many diseases as they reach their later years in life. Their health problems related to advancing years are similar to our own; heart, liver and kidney disease, dental problems, digestive disorders and cancer can occur. Early detection and treatment of these diseases can enable us to extend our pet’s life and improve the quality of life as well. Remember to take care of your pets, as they will take care of you in return, many times over!

We are proposing a Senior (Geriatric) work-up for your “Senior” pet, which includes:

                    ·        A complete Physical Exam

·        A complete Blood count

·        Chemistry Analysis (major organ functions)

·        Urinalysis

·        Thyroid Screen

·        Fecal check – for those cats that hunt

The normal cost for these tests is $173.50. As an incentive to encourage you to use this early detection system, we will provide this package of services for $ 138.80, until November 30, 2009. That is a 20% discount!

After the examination and laboratory testing, we will report the results of the Senior work-up and make our recommendations to you.

Bring this questionnaire in with you at the time of appointment for an additional $5.00 OFF your visit! What a Great Deal!
