Over the years I have found the perspective of my beliefs changing, though the focus may be on the same gods or at least those who appear to be the same, I find that I am looking at them differently. A couple of years ago I set up a website called 'Y Baedd Gwynn' with the aim of providing the information I had researched and learnt as head-start for others looking to head in that direction. This was what I was refrring to as Cymric Polytheism; a polytheism rooted in the welsh gods. There are some inescapable truths behind these figures, ones that are difficult to accept but once grasped ultimately must be accpeted and acknowledged. That is where I have got to now, I have moved beyond the gods found in the mabinogion and looked further back in time - some 1000 years further back - to when we can confidently say there were gods in this land who went by differernt names than those in the mabinogion, different gods who are no mere shadow but solid and real and still with us today.
I see this new site as a representation of the next step in the evolution of my spirituality.
