This is the house next to us......notice the vent above the left window.
A Starling has decided that this "hole in the wall" will do just fine to raise a family.
Off she goes to find more nesting materials.
The above picture was taken on May 1st (about 4 weeks later). You can see that 2 of the baby Starlings are about to fly the coop!

A nice looking wreath over a doorway.......
....a closer look at who's living in that wreath!
One of the little House Finches living in the Wreath (above) either fell out, or was pushed out of it's nest by one of it's siblings. I cut out a Kleenex box and made a little place for him to be warm and placed the box by the nest and hoped mom would take care of it. He eventually flew off across the street.
Baby Robins in a holly bush. This nest is right next to the driveway. Every time I pulled the car in a Robin would fly out of it. The other day I looked to see what was going on in that bush and this is what I saw. (May 17th)
This is a Cardinal nest with 2 eggs in it. I found this in the Lilac bush on the side of the house.
