A Black-Crowned Night Heron stops by occasionally to go fishing. He'll eat almost anything.. fish...snakes...small turtles...lizards...eggs...what ever he can catch almost.
This Carolina Wren flew into our house while the door was open. He tried to fly through the picture window and knocked himself silly. He then perched himself on my finger until he got his senses back and then flew off. He's okay.
A belted Kingfisher. These guys are hard to sneak up on! They don't like their picture taken. I had to use the LONG lens to get this!
