 Note that the Weather Channel Gadget asks you for your location so that it can provide custom weather results for each individual viewer that comes to your site.

You can add gadgets to your pages by clicking on the [add gadget] link at the bottom right-hand side of your browser when editing pages with Google's Page Creator. There's tons to choose from!
