This page has the military units that I have been attached to during my two deployments to Iraq.  I represent the units using their unit patches and also describe when and where I was attached to the unit.

300th MI BDE	205th MI BDE	3rd Infantry Division	101st ABN	145th Field Artillery
This is my original unit patch.  I deployed as part of the 141st (FWD2) contingent to Iraq in March 2003.	The unit that we fell under in Iraq was the 165th MI BN under the 205th MI BDE.  I worked directly for the 165th from October 2003 to February 2004 in Balad and at Abu Ghraib.	I was attached directly to the 3rd Infantry division on 5 March 2003 as part of a direct support Tactical Human Intelligence Team (THT).  I served with the 3rd ID with A Co. 3/7 Infantry (part of the 4/64 battalion) until April 15, 2003.	I was reassigned to the 101st on April 16, 2003.  I was assigned with the team that I led from then until early October 2003.  I was located at the Mosul airport for most of that period.	I deployed for my second deployment with the 1/145 Field Artillery.  I deployed in early June 2007 until May 2008.  During this deployment I was reassigned to the 181st Field Artillery administratively, but since I was acting as a CI agent in civilian clothes I didn't spend much time wearing either patch.
