"I became involved with the FFA at the end of my sophomore year and was elected Vice President my junior year. I love being apart of the FFA because of the skills it helps you develop such as teamwork and leadership it also provides you with an educational experience. I am just your average high school girl, I like hanging out with my friends on the weekends and settling down with a good book on rainy days. "Hi, I'm a Junior and I've lived here in Sheridan for 8 years. I never use to want to be in FFA cause my mom always talked about it and I didn't want to be my mom.  After a year of hearing what went on in FFA and how much fun I thought it sounded, I joined and now I'm having the time of my life. I do a lot for FFA but I also love to go home and read or play with my dog Randal. On the weekends I love to go hangout with friends and ride horses.  Hi my name is Melissa Hernandez and I am a senior at Sheridan High I was selected Secretary for 2008-2009 being secretary was a great opportunity because I was able to work with other students and get to know them a little bit more. I really enjoy trying new things be active and involve, I like to hang out with my friends, spend time with my family. "Why hello there! In case you were wondering,  I am currently a Senior here at Sheridan High School. My main hobbies include playing guitar, reading, playing cards, and getting acheivements on my xbox 360. I like to consider myself a civil war buff and plan to turn my love of hisotry into a carrer. In the fall I will begin attending Oregon State University to major in History and ultimately get a Ph.D upod graduatio I shall seek a profession as a Historial or museum character. My name is Becca. I am a junior at Sheridan High School, a very small school. I am in the FFA because after being around students who raised sheep durring the summer, i thought it would be fun to be apart of that. I decided to become an officer in the FFA because I wanted to go beyond being just a member, by contributing more of my time towards the FFA. Outside of FFA, I do tap-dance, help feed cows, and most importantly going to a community college to become a Certified Nursing Assistant for a couple years. I hope that someday once my children are in high school, that they to will be apart of the wonderful FFA! -Rebecca Carmody"
