Venue: The SGC venue will be KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology). We have booked 4 lecture rooms and 1 large conference room in the Creative Learning building of KAIST (see E11 on this map). Between the dormitories only and the SGC venue KAIST a free shuttle bus will be provided for delegates. Accommodation: (FULLY BOOKED DURING SGC. PLEASE CONTACT IAC HOUSING BUREAU IF LAST MINUTE ACCOMMODATION NEEDED) We have booked 45 twin rooms in dormitories at the Statistic Bureau Training Center. In these dormitories each room is for 2 people and has a shower/toilet in it. You can use internet at the lounge or the computer room. It is not a hotel, you will need to keep your own room tidy. For those staying also for IAC, the rooms will be cleaned fully inbetween SGC and IAC.
The price for dormitories is 20€ for each person each night. This price includes breakfast, washing facilities and free transportation to the SGC Venue. This is a brand new building - quiet big in size - located only 5 min bus ride from the IAC venue and 10 min ride to KAIST. ISEB-supported students (from NASA,ESA,JAXA,CSA,CNES) will all be staying in the same building.
This can be paid at the SGC store when paying for your registration.

For delegates who would rather not stay in dormitories, we have an extra accommodation list including hotels and motels. The hotels are Hotel Riviera Yuseong (5 stars), Hotel Yousung (4 stars), Hotel Spapia (4 stars) and Hotel Royal Tourist (3 stars). The room prices for each night is between 275.000 KRW (~150 €) and 105.000 KRW (~60 €). Some include breakfast and Wireless internet connection. The motels are 500th, Sinabro and Moka. The room prices for each night is between 90.000 KR (~50 €) and 60.000 (~35 €) and all includes wireless internet connection. All the hotels and motels are located in a 10 minutes distance to SGC venue by taxi, which will not be provided or organised by SGC transport. All bookings for hotels/motels must be done by delegates through IAC Housing Bureau if this option is chosen. We cannot help you with this.
