 Welcome to the internet home of Southwind Gundogs. Our goal is to breed and train the best in German Shorthaired Pointers. Our breeding program is centered around some of the finest field trial blood lines in GSP history. Our lines include National Field Champion Heide's Mighty City Slicker, National Field Champion Rawhide's Clown, and Field Champion Dixieland Rusty. Although we breed the tradional liver and white and liver roan colored dogs, our main focus is producing trial bred black and white shorthairs. Our black and white shorthairs are bred as well as any field trial shorthairs in the country, and we believe our pups will be able to compete at any level of competition.
