Thursday 17th December at 7.30 pm - TALK - SNMC - AROUND THE WORLD IN 90 MINUTES by Stuart Meredith
A 90 minute journey to Australasia, North America, Africa, Asia ans Europe to look at 50 of the world's best birds. There will be Penguins, Albatross,Owls, Parrots, Warblers, Raptors, Waders and wildfowl as well as other great species along the way. Festive refreshments, and an extra special raffle.

9 am departure from Tunnard St. car park, Boston.
This Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserve has an extensive and diverse habitat. From beach and sea to open areas of fresh and salt water. Sea birds, waders and raptors are all possible birds to be seen.The visitors centre has a cafe, shop and toilets. On our return journey we hope to see the large flocks of wintering geese coming in to their roosting grounds.

Images from the 2007 International Wildbird Photographer competition in "Bird Watching" magazine. Groups that have seen the talk have been amazed at the spectacular images on show. The talk will appeal to birdwatchers and photographers alike.

Based on the species found at Lincolnshire Trust reserves throughout the county this well known Lincolnshire photographer shows us birds from Little Terns and Ringed Plovers, to Bearded Tits and Bitterns as well as various plant species and reptiles. With aerial views and habitat management as well, he gives us "a little bit of everything".

Thursday 29th April at 7.30 pm - TALK - SNMC - ANTARCTIC PENINSULAR, SOUTH GEORGIA AND ISLANDS OF THE CENTRAL SOUTH ATLANTIC 
by Jim Scott  
He tells us about his birding trip starting in Tierra del Fuego thence to the Antarctic Peninsular, South Georgia, and then north to Ascension Island near the Equator via Gough Island, Tristan da Cunda and St. Helena. Quite a journey!
