We value the time families can have together so we allow each family to take two weeks of vacation time each enrollment year (ex: August 2008-August 2009) without being charged for the time or losing enrollment.  This time may be taken in weekly increments, not individual days and the Director must be notified 2 weeks prior to the vacation.  Other holidays, sick days or vacations are not discounted. Since a child holds a space and teachers must still be paid, full tuition is due even when your child is absent. Should the Center close because of severe weather conditions, full tuition is due.    

If your child does not attend for a period of 30 days, he/she will be automatically dis-enrolled.  A registration fee will need to be paid to re‑enroll your child.   Please talk with the director if you are a teacher as we can make special arrangements for the summer.
