1. To whom are checks payable, and when is the registration fee due? Checks may be made payable to NAESC Southeast Region. Fees are due upon check-in at the conference. 2. At which hotel will visiting students be staying? Visiting students will be staying at the Holiday Inn University Center ( http://theuniversityhotel.com/ ). This hotel is located across from the main entrance of the University of Florida campus on University Avenue. 3. What is the suggested attire for the conference? It is suggested that conference participants wear business casual attire for Friday and Saturday during the day. Comfortable shoes are also suggested, since the University of Florida campus is large and some walking will be required. It is suggested that participants wear cocktail attire for the banquet on Saturday evening. 4. What do my conference fees cover? Conference fees help defer the cost of funding the conference, and include a meal at the banquet on Saturday evening. All participants will also receive a conference T-shirt. For students visiting UF, the conference fee also covers hotel stay at the Holiday Inn University Center. |
