SATURDAY SPINS
 
Saturday morning training spins begin at 9.30am from the Square in Sixmilebridge (unless otherwise advised) and are usually between 50km and 80km depending on weather and road conditions. Route distances and terrain vary, with an average speed of 22-23km/h and a flat base speed of around 27-28km/h.

You must wear a cycling helmet. We also suggest you bring along the following:
 
* Pump, 2 inner tubes, tyre levers and multi-tool.
* Drink - two bidons of energy drink/water.
* Food - e.g energy bars, bananas, sweets.
* Money and mobile phone.
 
Please ensure that you are adept at fixing punctures. Its far better to learn at home than on the side of the road in the rain!
