I'm glad that you took time to stop by this site and check out the Nia classes for Fall 2011. You are welcome to check out the class times, workshop and special event dates as well as, any social class gatherings and links to interesting activities. I'm thrilled to be back teaching at Rockway, Breithaupt and The Reuter Centres. This Fall, I'm excited that we've added a class at the new Kingsdale Centre - 6-7pm. All of my Nia classes, even though they may just advertised as senior classes, are suitable and open to all ages and levels. Please also note, the Wednesday evening class time is 5:30 pm, while the new additional Wednesday am class at Breithaupt begins at 10. Have a look at the calendar below to view the dates.
