                The original conception of the 'Soul Active Project' was as a direct response to the huge lack of motivated, foreward thinking trainers available in today's market who could clearly represent the changing face of fitness within the industry, and thus in turn offer a high standard of proffessional service to those who have a geniune interest in improving both their health and  mental wellbeing.

                The 'Soul Active Project' currently has a select list of some of the top personal trainers in London, whom, having worked in this great city for many years, have built a strong reputation of being field-leaders, offering a huge arsenal of training methods and ideals, catering for each client induvidually in their journey towards their own personal goals.

             Do I need a Personal Trainer?      

Your personal trainer will educate you about the latest exercise techniques which will help to decrease body fat, build muscle, increase your cardiovascular endurance, progress through injury rehabilitation, and boost energy levels. He or she will continue to push you past your plateaus so that you get the most from every session. You’ll never “just go through the motions” again!

Your trainer is with you when you work out to ensure that you perform each exercise properly, to answer any questions that you have and to give you that extra motivational boost when it is needed. Your trainer will work with you to help you to set and accomplish your fitness and lifestyle goals.

 Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser, you can benefit from personal training. If you are serious about achieving goals, a personal trainer is the best way.



            How does it work?

                    Very simple. Just send an email saying you are interested in some training to

                    and we will reply within a couple of hours with a brief set of questions (e.g. what are your goals, have you trained before, where would you like / could you train etc.).
                    Once you have answered the basic questions we can recommend a trainer to you whereby, if you are content with the choice, he/she will contact you and an intial consultation date can be arranged. Up until this point there is no obligation on your behalf, and no pressure (unlike certain other companies) will be put on you to commit to anything, though obviously, when the consultation has been agrred, our cancellation policy is in place.
                    The consultation will generally last from about 45 minutes to one hour and will involve a chat, a couple of relevant tests (e.g. weight, measurement, blood pressure etc.), and maybe even a mini-sampler workout. After the consultation, you can then either book a couple of sessions with the trainer or simply walk away with the test results.
