Music

Combining his 2 passions of music and exercise Duncan, having worked as a professional Dj for over 10 years now turns his ear from one studio to another
dragging the once dated exercise music genre into the current day and beyond with his revolutionary mixes bringing the club into the classroom.

Spinning Mixes

Ok guys, this is the stuff we ride to. If you've been to my class you'll know what it's all about, but if not I'm sure this music will work in any forum.

In spin, we're always looking to pitch the music up a little bit as the slowest I want my guys riding is at 70 rpm, so therefore, as much as I love my funky tunes, I always try a keep the BPM  at atleast 140 (make sense).

So, we loose a little funk, but should gain a slighty edgier workout. Of course the music is mixed, which means we don't have to stop and should last about 45 minutes including warm-up and cool down.

Enjoy!

Club Mixes

Party hard, play hard, one for the studio, one for the gym - however you want to work it, the club mixes us the foundations of it all.

No restrictions, no sprint tracks required, no sudden movement, just the stuff that got me into the business in the first place.

You can never fall out of love with house music in all it's different guises as it re-invents and surprise more than any other genre.

Quirky rythms, funky beats, a couple of vocals and we're bang into the club mixes.

Block it out, turn it up and start moving.
