Here is the AKC definition of PAL/ILP from their web site:If your NGA Greyhound does not have an AKC or ILP number, please make sure ALL other information is filled out on the entry form , including ear tattoo numbers, Volume # and Certificate# . These can be obtained by calling NGA and asking for the Registration Number or Certificate Number and Volume number.
