Why is stoning to death for adultery not in the Holy Quran?

If God’s Torah (Taurat) and God’s Gospel (Injil) are complete with nothing missing then God’s Holy Quran must also be complete with nothing missing.

How can stoning to death for adultery be missing from God’s Holy Quran when God’s Gospel (Injil) and Torah (Taurat) have nothing missing?

God’s Holy Quran is God’s last revelation to mankind so it is not possible to believe that God forgot to include stoning to death for adultery when God did not forget to include anything in God’s Gospel (Injil) and God’s Torah (Taurat).
