Behind the bookshop (wander into alley), Diamond Place, Bes Pelargic. Arguably the best hat in game, with jewels, magical decorations and an unrivalled storage capacity. The jolly student who owns this shop will make you a wizard's pointy hat that truly reflects your stature. First of course you must chose a colour and there is plenty of options available. Once you have chosen a fabric you will be asked to pick a stone to mount on the front. You can then surrond the stone with a decoration that looks almost alive. Be sure to pluralise the word. Just west of Hopesprings, Pallant Street, Spa Lane and Water Street intersection. Hatty makes an exceptionally gaudy wizards hat, covered in runes, sequins and eye-watering patterns. While her hats are much smaller and somewhat less imposing than the Agatean ones, they make up for it in sheer bad taste.
