Sophie makes a range of of witches hats for those who can afford it and believe me they are expensive hats. One can expect to pay in excess of four Lancre Soverigns for some hats. An expense, however, that is well worth paying for a quality hat that will last a lifetime.
Available in either the traditional or a more modern style, all of Sophie's hats are guaranteed to be completely houseproof.
The brim is available in a diverse range of designs as listed below.

After selecting your brim you can then decide how tall your hat should be, from miniscule to immense, there is a wide selection of lengths available.

The hat can be decorated with all sorts of "sparkly bits" to make it truly unique.
Available options are:
bats , baubles, beads, black cats, bows , buckles, corks, dragons, embroidery, filigree, flowers, fretwork, fruitbats and frills gingerbread, lace , occult designs, ribbons, sashes, sequins, spiderwebs, tassels, trimming, trinkets, tinsels, veils and none.
There is also a huge number of different dyes available, far too many to list here.
Then you may select the fabric the hat will be made from:
canvas, cotton, cotton twill, felt, lace , leather, rabbit fur, rubber, satin, silk, straw, suede, velvet and wool.
Finally there is a list of several dozen styles to chose from; from frightening to foolish and everything in between.
Or you can chose not to have a specific style at all.

In short though, you can get an affordable hat with as many short description modifiers as you want, but with a set long description and no pockets. There is a range of fabrics, colours and styles to suit everyone, but they don't compare to Sophie's.
