Instruction for poster presentation
The
poster shall be displayed throughout the entire Symposium and shall be
presented on the time slot for poster presentation as indicated in the
program.
The poster format shall be: A3
paper size 42 cm high and 29.7 cm wide.
You
should preferably make the poster A3 paper size not exceeding two pages
which is much easier for proper display.
For
clarity and uniformity of the posters please organize your information
in organized fashion as indicated in the figure below.
During
the poster presentation you shall make a 2 min. presentation of your
work and the audience/chairmen will be encouraged to come forward with
questions to your work.
We will take care to set-up your poster, it will be necessary
to collect your badge first – this is in order to know your poster board
number and location
Last but not least, we suggest all presenters should reply us
with your poster by March 30, 2010. For your kindly
reply will make this Symposium proceeds smoothly.
