Following the success of the Social Media Level One we are now offering Social Media Level Two aimed at organisations developing a social media strategy. This one-day programme explores the effective management of social media channels used by organisations including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube and focuses on building audiences, setting targets, achieving goals, measuring outputs and managing reputational risk. The Social Media Level 2 programme addresses five key topics using case studies and focus groups.
Each programme offers up to 10 places in order that participants gain the most from the learning and online sessions.
