Marketing and Brand is an introductory one-day training programme that enables organisations to focus on the way their products and services are marketed.
Our
innovative approach helps participants to think through the key
elements of marketing and apply solutions that attract new customers and build customer loyalty.
This
workshop style programme is aimed both at individuals starting their own
businesses and organisations keen to grow and sustain their services.
Why Marketing and Brand?
We are surrounded by brands across all goods and services from clothing to chocolate, from perfume to publishing. Iconic logos, colours and straplines compete together in a world of media and communication ever seeking to win our attention as consumers. Whether your organisation is large or small the need to understand marketing is equally important. This applies to charities, social enterprises, community groups as well as public service providers. In recognising the value of what we offer we also need to effectively reach our target audiences in a way that builds our brand and market share. Whether a village shop, an art gallery, a playgroup, a surf school, a coffee shop or a visitor attraction the principles of marketing and brand apply in much the same way. Our
Marketing and Brand programme helps you to ask the right questions about
your approach to marketing and provides a format to create an effective marketing strategy.
‘Marketing is about identifying the customer, satisfying the customer and keeping the customer.'
