Welcome to Snipe Fleet 554’s home on the world wide web. Snipe Fleet 554 is a group of sailors based at the Jubilee Yacht Club in Beverly, Massachusetts. (link to JYC website http://www.jubileeyc.net). We are sailing the Snipes from our facility as well as from SailSalem on winter island, in Salem.(link to sailSalem http://sailsalem.org). Our fleet started in 2007, and our members have become active in the Snipe class. Each year we host a Snipe regatta that pulls in Snipe sailors from around the district. We sail in a beautiful body of water called Salem Sound. Our racing area is an easy ten minute sail from either JYC or SailSalem’s facility on Winter Island.
 We welcome all Snipe sailors to join our fleet. By storing your boat at SailSalem, you will have access to the best venue for the least amount of money.
We have a Monday evening racing series and each year host an invitational event that pulls sailors from around the region. Please consult our sailing schedule page.
