It's time to celebrate! Wow...how
impressive! SMOY Downs 2011 met not only the School Goal, but the
SUPER GOAL as well! Over $130,000 has been raised for our school!!! In celebration, we will have 2 school wide celebrations. On Monday, September 26 we will celebrate with "SMOY Spirit Wear Day!" Students can wear athletic uniforms (sleeveless must have t-shirt underneath), St. Margaret t-shirts and sweatshirts. If you do not have any current spirit wear, please come out of uniform but in school colors...blue, silver/grey, and white. Let's show our SMOY pride! As we not only met, but surpassed the SUPER GOAL, ALL students will also be rewarded with a performance by Robert Post (http://www.robertpost.org/), a very well-known entertainer who has made many appearances on the Today Show. He is sure to be a lot of fun! We are in the process of scheduling this event, as he is busy traveling the country and we'll need to find a date that works for all of us. We will update you with the details, as we have them.
Again, thank you for your generosity and hard work! The end result is that PTO is able to benefit our school with more programs, technology, and assistance. GO SMOY!
