FREE PDFCreator lets you create a .pdf from any printable file and is a great alternative to Adobe's Acrobat if you just need to generate a .pdf to publish or share!

Want to use your Outlook Contacts for an email or MS Word mail merge?  Follow these instructions - it's simpler than you think!  If you want to do an email merge with attachments, see the next note. - some versions of Outlook won't allow attachments when doing a mail merge.

 --> As an add-on to Outlook mail merge above, you can use this utility to attach files to any email in your Outbox before you send them.  To do this you must FIRST take your Outlook client Offline (File/Work Offline), THEN do your email merge, THEN use this utility to attach a file to all items in your Outbox (repeat as necessary), THEN put your Outlook client back online (File/Work Offline again), and click the Send/Receive button (or Tools/ Send/Receive).

Got some Spyware or a Virus that's pretty tough to get rid of?  Try freeware MalwareBytes Anti Malware.  I recently had a virus that both my standard virus scanner and spywarare scanner couldn't rid me of, and MalwareBytes took care of it.  Very simple to install and use.

Your PC running slower than it used to?  Try cleaning your Registry of unwanted or unneeded garbage that piles up over time, and must be manually removed.  Argente Registry Cleaner is simple to use freeware and my guess is it will find a few hundred files that are in your registry that don't need to be there any more.  I recently ran it and it removed over 600 useless entries, all consuming up boot-up time.
