Shawn and I were both working for the same company.  I was working as a software developer and I went to Vance Air Force Base in Enid, OK on a 2 week business trip. Shawn was working at a help desk at Vance and we got to know each other over the course of my stay. We only went out on one date while I was there, but we got to know each other by phone and made several visits to see each other.  Eventually we decided that we didn't want the relationship to be long distance anymore and I moved to Enid.  We were engaged February 12, 2005.  We were both offered jobs in Colorado Springs and we closed on our first house together on July 11, 2005.  We were married October 22, 2005!
