Starr's Mill alumna Kelley O'Hara was honored as the 2010 Hermann Award winner.  The Hermann Award is given annually by the Missouri Athletic Club to the nation's best male and female college soccer players - college soccer's equivalent of football's Heisman Award.  O'Hara led her Stanford team to a PAC-10 Championship and a berth in the NCAA Championship game before falling to North Carolina in the finals.

Kelley was also chosen as the 3rd overall pick in the Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) draft going to FC Gold Pride of the California Bay Area.  This spring she will play alongside soccer legends Brandi Chastain, Tiffeny Milbrett and four-time FIFA World Player Of The Year Marta.

O'Hara is also representing her country as a member of the U-23 National Team pool and was invited to train with the US Women's National Team in January.

Congratulations to Kelley and the O'Hara family!
