Up for a bit of Welfare?!Welfare Committee runs many campaigns throughout the year, and we need as many people as possible to help run and organise these events.
MembersThese are officially called Ordinary Members, but we don't care much for the word "ordinary". If you would like to become an "Ordinary" Member of Welfare Committee and help us design and run the campaigns, then do get in touch! So if you’re artistic, super organised, good with publicity or just interested in all things Welfare then get in touch and come along to our weekly meetings!!!
Named PositionsWithin Welfare Committee we also have several named positions, the majority of which are currently vacant. These include Male and Female Assistant Welfare Officers, Disabilities rep, Livers-out rep and International Student rep If you would like to be the Male or Female Assistant Welfare Officer, you need to be Nightline trained. The Assistants have a bigger role in organising and running the campaigns, and can also take the drop-in sessions in the JCR Office. Please get in touch if you are interested in any of the positions.
