I am a Jean-Monnet Fellow at the Loyola de Palacio Chair at the European University Institute in Firenze and Post-Doc Fellow at CERGE-EI in Praha. I write articles and I also teach courses on a variety of topics. I have publications in Energy Policy, Energy Economics, the European Journal of Law and Economics, and Cognitive Science.
