If necessary, download and install maven.

In Window menu of Eclipse , select Preferences > Java > Build Path > Classpath Variables.
Click the "New" button.
Input "M2_REPO" in the Name text field.
Input "C:/Documents and Settings/{your account}/.m2/repository" in the Path text field.
Click the "OK" button.
