The Stephens group met on Monday, Nov. 23rd. Topics included:

• The addition of a PE section to the District "U" drive
• ideas for integrating literacy such as word targets for throwing, sentence writing relays, and practicing alphabetizing word lists.
• Pros and cons of the Get Fit Salem program
• Natalie Reding is interested in writing a grant for a skateboard program from Skate Pass
• Natalie & John shared info on an obstacle course called "Temple of Doom"
• Yoshikai Elem will begin implementing the SPARK program with grades K-5 (got the funding through the use of Title 1 funding)
