Google calendars let you "subscribe" to many different calendars, consolidating all of your various calendars into your family's own calendar without having to retype, or transcribe events from various team and school activities. Here are the benefits of this free service: 1) Have one centralized online calendar that everyone and your family can access from anywhere (home, work, business travel, mobile devices) 2) Print out one consolidated calendar for easy reference on your refrigerator, bulletin board, etc. 3) Synchronize your calendars with Outlook and/or mobile devices 4) Receive automatic updates as events change dates, times, locations and other details All you need to do is create a free Google calendar account. If you already have a Google account, that's all you need (not necessarily a Gmail account -- Google accounts can be created without creating a GMail account. If you already have a Gmail account, then you already have a Google account). Step 1 - Create a Google account (or simply log on to Google if you already have an account). Step 2 - Subscribe to the Pack 913 Calendar here Step 3 - Subscribe to the SJS School Calendar here (click "subscribe to this calendar in the lower right corner) Step 4 - Subscribe to the Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Web II calendar if they've been set up (talk to your den leaders if there isn't a link for your den here). Subscribing to multiple calendars overlays each calendar in one place, where you can also add your own family's private events (birthdays, Karate, swimming, etc.), visible only to you or anyone you share your own calendar with (relatives, nannies, etc.).
