Wolf Den 9 Objectives for the year: # 1. HAVE FUN # 2. Complete all 12 of the Wolf badge achievements in the Wolf Handbook with your family and with Den 9. # 3. Attend every den meeting that you are capable of, and go on the many den and pack-oriented fun outings this year! # 4. Earn your Wolf badge! Den Meetings:Wolf Den 9 meetings will be held twice per month, typically every two weeks, unless otherwise indicated.
March 2010:
- Saturday, March 5, 8:30 am, meet at SJS parking lot: Special Dulles Airport tour for all Wolves, hosted by Mr. Paterno, MWAA, and Mr. Pearce (meet at SJS parking lot at 8:30 am). This completes requirement #4f if you are able to attend.
- Sunday, March 20, 1 pm: Last den meeting before Pack 913 advancement / Wolf badge award meeting. We will complete Flags (#2), Making Choices (#12), and will have a fun game as a part of the meeting. We will hold this entire meeting at SJS outside (if the weather is OK). I have the SJS upstairs room reserved if the weather is not favorable. Please make sure that your son has completed ALL of the Wolf achievements by 3/20 so he can receive his Wolf badge on March 25.
- Friday, March 25, 7 pm: Pack 913 Advancement / Wolf badge award meeting. Please bring your entire family and your camera.
- Saturday, March 26, evening: Pack 913 Mother / Scout dance. Last year, the Mom's and scouts had a GREAT time at this event. Mr. Frias brought his entire DJ set and it was rockin' in the Parish Hall !!
- Sunday, April 3, early morning meet @ SJS: Mr. Bailey's special hike at the Richard G. Thompson Wildlife area. Make sure you go to church on Saturday 3/26 so you can attend this awesome hike!!
April 2010:
Sun 3 Apr: Wolf hike at the Richard G. Thompson Wildlife area, near Front Royal. Hosted and run by Mr. Bailey. Details forthcoming.
Sun 17 Apr: Wolf Den 9 meeting #16. Location TBD.
