These are some BEFORE and AFTER (or in progress) pictures of the house we bought in Virginia Beach in September 2008.  It is 2300 sq. ft., 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.  In general, it needed a big cosmetic redo and some paint to go a long way :).  I'll continue to update as we finish projects.

 The Kitchen

I have actually already painted all the trim white.  I need to take a new picture. 

Things we've done:

New hardware, New dishwasher, painted walls, painted trim, window valances

Things we plant to do:

Paint the cabinets, paint the blue part of the wall tan, redo countertops and backsplash.

The Foyer/Entry Hall

(Still need to take a picture with the wood trim painted white and the walls a cream color).

Living Room and Dining Room

Master Bathroom and closet

BEFORE

The walk-in closet is 18 feet long :).

On the counter next to what you see is a sink and some draws.  There's also a toilet, linen closet, and stand up shower in the bathroom.

AFTER

(I painted the walls, trim, and vanity).

Crappy picture and our realtor is at the door, but you get the idea.  New bushes are needed :).
