Former VPD Chief Jamie Graham was found guilty of discreditable conduct for failing to cooperate with the RCMP in acting on 50 affidavits collected by Pivot Legal Society detailing police misconduct. The former Chief has now retired, and is not clear that any disciplinary action can or will be taken.
