Sing It With Sign Sing It With Sign is a Signing Choir for people who may know British Sign Language(BSL) or like to experience how to use BSL to sign a song. So do not worry if you cannot or do not like singing, because you do not need to use your voice! Signing to songs is very expressive and allows people to "feel" the song. It is also a very good way of learning new signs and can help you to remember signs you have learnt in the past. If particular signs are linked with a song it can be a very useful way of helping you to remember them. Signing to a song can be great fun, but can also be quite an emotional experience, depending on the lyrics or what a song might mean to you. There is no commitment required from you to attend regularly but obviously the more you attend, the more songs and signs you can learn. All ages are welcome, come and join us. |
