SimpleD Budget is a free Windows application for personal financial management.

With SimpleD Budget, you can keep track of your expenses for each month by allocating your income into "categories", such as Mortgage, Entertainment, etc.  As you spend money throughout the month, you enter the amounts spent into each category. SimpleD Budget will then let you see how much money you have left in each category and also graph your spending patterns. It supports multiple languages (Unicode) and multiple currencies.
